The new old MTV.com

Last year Fantasy Interactive redesigned MTV.com into an all Flash website with integrated video. The website looked great but had the famous flash problem that it is difficult and slow to navigate.

A few days ago MTV relaunched again this time with an all HTML website.

It is amazing how fast Flash became the web’s favorite (default) format for playing video. Somehow Adobe can’t manage to convert this success into a technology that is good enough to replace HTML / CSS.
