The generic problem of videoblogs seems to be consistency. Making television is hard, it takes a lot of time and ideas to make something that keeps someones full attention for a few minutes. If you don’t want to show your face all the time you have to go out to search for interesting things.
A good solution for consistency could be some kind of groupvlog, making it possible to bring new material every day and dividing the load on producing.
